    About Me: I LOVE BOWLING. But, to pay the bills right now I am a paralegal in a law firm full-time and a photographer on the side. I have bowled since I was 8 years old. I did have to take some time off (10 years) because of lots of knee surgeries. I am now starting my fifth year back and have actually bowled my first 300 in 2005. Ready to do it again. 2007 I saw a 290 game - stupid 10 pin in the first frame. Grew up bowling against some of the best literally - TJ and some others on the regional scene. Bowling JSBA & TSR was the greatest time of my life. I bowled my first Queens in 2008 and loved the experience and met a lot of great people. Realized at that point that this is where I want to be...I truly love that competition.

    I enjoy watching lots of sports and am a TARHEEL fan. I like the Braves, Panthers & Cowboys. I was the team photographer for the Greensboro Monarchs ECHL Hockey League for 3 years as well.
    Music: I enjoy all types of music from jazz to hip-hop. I like country music (except for that tear in my bear, crying stuff).
    Movies: I love to cozy up on the couch and put in a movie. I like most movies. Horror is my favorite.
    TV: I like most reality TV (I know that is pretty pitiful). I like to watch sports, movies, CSI.
    Books: Trying to read more books to increase my confidence level and motivate me to help me get to where I actually want to be in this game.
    Likes: Bowling, movies, photography, scrapbooking.
    Hobbies: Bowing, photography & scrapbooking.
    Heroes: My parents...Then TJ has always been a hero to me...I met Michelle Feldman this year at Queens and she is a really great bowler...met a lot of others and they have all inspired me to go after my dream.

    its been a while

    it has been a while since i posted anything...wow i did not realize how long...since October I have changed some things...I am just now feeling comfortable in my new equipment...I went from 14 to 15 pounds and got rid of all my old stuff...so i have had to get used to new stuff and trying to work on my timing now too...i probably should have waited until summer...lol

     

    But now, i am finally coming together for the most part...715 and 706 and a few high 600s...a 280 to add and averaging over 200 for the past few weeks...the other wednesday i averaged 221 for 6 games...i couldn't believe it...trying to make my book average 200...it has been a goal since i started bowling again a few years ago and have not achieved it yet...

     

    well i hope as we end the fall/winter season everyone has had a good year and has bowled well...good luck in the summer...

    well close again

    Well, last Sunday I was close again - 290 - dang 10 pin in the first frame.  It's okay I feel like it  is right around the corner again.

    I thought if it is ok to add you to my friends list. Have you shot the 300 yet?

    I have 6 300's 5 sanctioned. 1 at practice.

    The practice was fun, since the people in the bowling center, stop their bowling and they were cheering me on! That was cool. I hope we can chat! Take care for now.

    so how long is the shot you bowl on? do you bowl 1 night or a couple cause if its just 1 then your pretty good. oh ya how much is gas in greensboro nc just woundering. how would i go about putting you on my friends list cause i have not been on this site long?

    i throw the one,the mammoth,t-road pearl,fired up and a hawg zilla. i just sold the battle. i have had 4 290 games and one 300 game and a 299 game. 2 years ago i averaged 216 then last year a 207 with a bad knee well now its fixed so hopefully back up where should be.
